The structure of the ACMP-CGPM
In order to carry out trade union activities of the ACMP-CGPM military union in effective and transparent manner, the CGPM has risen upon four authorities and a Permanent Secretary.
The Congress
The National Committee
The National Executive
The Board
The Permanent Secretary
The Congress
The Congress is the highest organ of the ACMP-CGPM. It convenes at least every five years. All the members of the ACMP-CGPM are invited and get the opportunity to determine the General Program of their military union.
The Congress appoints the members of the Board for the next five years.
It also approves the status of the ACMP-CGPM and the changes that have been made.

The National Committee
The National Committee at least meets annually and consists of all the ACMP-CGPM representatives.
The mission of the National Committee is to define, to execute or to ennoble the program and to support the decisions taken by the Congress.
The National Executive
The National Executive is currently made of 23 Regional Representatives and 6 members of the Steering Committee. The Internal Rules of the ACMP-CGPM set up that the National Executive convenes at least 3 times a year. In the reality, the frequency of the meetings, however, is a little higher!
The National Executive deals with the implementations of the decisions made by the National Committee. It also controls the financial management of the organization.
The Board
The Board is the direction and execution organ of the ACMP-CGPM. It’s made of 6 people (one is the President). Together, they inform the National Executive about the ins and outs of the organization and are responsible for the good functioning of the ACMP-CGPM.
The Board represents and properly engages the military union in all the judiciary and extra judiciary actions.
The Permanent Secretary
The Permanent Secretary is composed of all the permanent representatives of the ACMP-CGPM and works under the President’s supervision. It allocates the tasks resulting from the collective and the individual interests of the members.
The defense of the collective interests mainly is based on negotiations, consulting and contacts with the political and military authorities.
Defense of individual interests rather focuses on interventions and obtaining of information during specific problems, support in all kinds of disciplinary procedures, the CMAR(A) records and repair pension.
The permanent representatives give heavy support to all the other ACMP-CGPM representatives in their daily trade union activities in barracks.
